light drag integra's
It depends what class. Is it turbo or allmotor? It is easily possible to get one to weigh 1900lbs with the driver but it depends on how much the driver weighs
. They are probably about 100 pounds heavier on average than like a crx gutted with all the same parts

They looker heavier than what they are. I have mine striped with just a roll cage in it and i can pick up the back end with no problem. The front i could pick up with the motor out. Im guessing with me in it its around 2200. I basically have everything out of it but i did not cut anything and im runnning all the factory sheetmetal. I do have the glass taken out though.
1800lbs?? no way its anywhere near that. NHRA is 1700 lbs and it looks they had to add weight. so it was much lighter before. around 15-1600 with driver. i got my 95 gsr down to 1900lbs with driver thats with stock sheet metal front end, turbocharged engine, and stock rear suspension (trailing arms).
Norris' backhalf integra is 1540 without driver. With H-Series motor!!
anyway. even the skunk2 car has had some extensive lightening of the rear end. i mean cutting virtually every unneccesary chassis member out and just stiffening the vital sections. unless you have a lot of time and money your car wont be as light as theirs.

Now im curious when you beacame allmotor92civic? Cause when I asked my question thats who I was refering to. He was talking about how the car was bending the rules, not an issue of weight in a stock car. Commence splitting.
here's some pictures just to get ppl to click on this post, how much do u think my car weights? i know it's not FULLY stripped, i still have the door panels and the dash but besides that there's no panels in the rear, no stereo, no noise deaden, or anythin else. it's full unibodied of course.

yes i know it was acid dipped, it was in every major publication at the time. however acid dipping only removes the paint residue to the bare metal and the adhesive that holds the body pannels together. however you can achieve the same by having the whole car sand blasted. it saves weight but not several hundred lbs. you can achieve much more with a plasma cutter or recipricating saw.
