Just got the motor back in the car.
Here's a list of stuff that was done in the past week or so. The orignal clutch with 140K on it still looked good minsus all the stuff broken off of it like the metal that holds the springs.
- clutch (exedy organic racing)
- pressure plate
- release bearing
- flywheel (xAct streetlite 12.5 pounds)
- timing belt
- water pump
- starter
- power steering belt
- AC belt
- alt belt
- cam seals
- front main seal
- rear main seal
- exhaust mainifold gaskets
- valve adjustment
- new honda brand tranny fluid
- oil change
- all the heater hoses
- new coolant
I got the engine back in the car in 10 hours today with the help of my dad. I am going to drive around tomarrow to start breaking in that new clutch! I will review the lightened flywheel after I get to drive the car more.

cam seals were easy. However, you have to take off the cam gears and slip the timing belt off of them. Since I had the timing belt already off, it was easy. They are cheap also.
