Default hybrid ls, will this work?? any ideas or suggestions?

I'm building an LS for my CRX, I want to see what you think about my setup before I go through with it. And have the machine shop do the work.

B18a block and head
.25 over CTR pistons or std usdm b16 pistons?? I want the CTR's but i'm worried about too high of a CR for pump gas
shot peened ls rods
balance entire bottom end, I need more than 7200rpm I'm thinkin like rev limit at 8200
crower valvetrain
ferrea valves
crower 404's
skunk2 IM
bored out ls TB
PNP head
y1 tranny
action clutch and some LW flywheel
ITR LSD
stock or race axles??

I'm going to put the stock cams in first to get it broken in and then switch to the 404's. when I do that I also plan on:
hondata or safc and a chip
fuel pump, rail, and fpr
good header 4-2-1 style to make up for 404's
I'll prolly need an ignition too, msd??

Any other ideas?? projected whp?? is there something i'm forgetting?
project notec almost done!

The shot peened rods will not help you out much. The weakest point to those rods is the rod bolts. I would either pay like $300 for a set of Eagle rods or get the $40 ARP rod bolts. You should be fine with the CTR pistons and 92 octane on the LS head, with the proper tuning.

oops, I forgot to list the arp rod bolts and head studs.
I will be able to run 92 wwith that setup? I was kinda worried about that I cant have a daily driver that runs on race gas.
