I just have a quick question about which one is better a power Fc or hondata cuz i'm thinking of getting one of the system but dont now which one would be better for me.

My car is a daliy drive and once a month or 2 i take it to the track.

 

They are both capable of doing the same things now so I would say pick the one that you can get the most support for Locally.

I would tend to recommend Hondata fist due to support and success as well as the larger knowledge base. not to mention hondata is focused on ECU tuning and Apex-i isn't.

This is all coming from someone running a Power FC and VERY happy with it's results.

The upside to a power FC is that it can be adjusted on the fly where a Hondata cannot. Just something to think about.

Just find which ECU is easier to tune for you and what kind of support for it you have in your area!

I think i should get a Power FC then cuz i live in Australia and hondata just came out here so i dont think too many ppl will know how to use it yet.

So they both do all most the same thing so i should just get the power FC then for easy access to ppl that will understand how to use it and tune it thank for all ur help.

 

Remember if you get the power FC you need the Datalogit equpment that just came out for the honda versions to have the full functionality the hondata has.

True but you don't HAVE TO HAVE the commander to tune with the datalogit. SO you save $350 (retail) on the commander if you are on a tight budget.

That is true but I have found solo tuning to be difficult on the fly while driving. If you have the access to a dyno you are gravy without it. But for the money the loger option is cheaper if you alreayd have a laptop than the commander.

If you live near jack you don't need anything but the commander
