98 & up rear bumper. for some reason it's called "wing-type" in japan, perhaps the lower portion resembles a wing?

I believe in japan they use the term 15" brakes to signify that the brakes cannot fit under a wheel smaller than 15" across. A video i have on a skyline shows it uses "17 inch brakes", but the skyline uses 18" wheels... Of course here we use the actual measurement of the rotors... a 15" diameter rotor would of course be gigantic.

Some of those specs sound a little off like the brakes. You run a "JDM parts" store or something? Sounds like you're trying to sell us on some JDM poop.

edit- saw the 15" brakes comment, still it's misleading

I think this post is an explanation over the posters ad in the classifieds.

I heard this too. I remember the Lancer Evo always had 17'' rated disk brakes. And this is when it had 17'' wheels, so I am almost positive that they rate it by the max wheel size for teh brakes to clear.
