Default anyone else have a problem with their car dying on a cold morning?

the past few days it's been pretty cold here, and when i have got in my car to go to school, when i start it, it will tun for like 1-2 seconds, then shut off. i can immediately start the car back up and it will run, but i can never remember this happenign before i rebuilt the motor, and my other car with a rebuilt motor never does it, but it is N/A..... is this something common with turbo cars?

my engine idles really low on cold mornings, maybe around 100-200 rpm for like 5-10 minutes before idling normally at 500-600 rpm. It doesn't die, though, but it shakes really bad at stoplights like it wants to die. Only on cold mornings, though.
