md/dc/va wrecking yard location
i need to get some suspension parts from 90-93 integra, if you know any good wrecking yard in md/dc/va area please let me know. thanks in advance.
some dude was telling me about this place called crazy rays or something like tht i only heard about it today so i can't tell you much other than that...look in the phone book too
crazy rays sucks, i wouldn't go there. they have a lot of cars but not too many hondas/acuras, and most are already stripped to the bone.
i don't know of any good j/y around here. there has to be a few somewhere, but i don't know.

where's this branywine place...what road...i'd love to check them out.
thats the honda/acura yard
Brandywine is actually a chain of junkyards around here. They have seperate yards for each make of car. The yard that has Honda also has Acura and Subaru. Its located on 301 right near 214 I believe. Its right near Wawa. I bought my Seats there for 60 bucks. There is a kid who works the counter with LS'ed Hatch. he is pretty fair with pricing. **** gets stripped real quick there and yes you can pull it off yourself. They had 4 D16Y8s the last time I was there on the shelf with low mileage on them. I asked how much for the motor and a cable trans and they said 550 and its yours. Not too bad for someone looking for a low budget swap.
best buy I made: 91 Civic fuse box with ALL fuses for 25.00 that i pulled (cut out) myself
worst buy i DID NOT make: 94 gsr motor and tranny w/ unknown mileage : 3500!!!!
you takes your chances

best buy i made at brandywine, rear HF hatch with glass intact, and wire harness for 75 pulled myself.. fun stuff.. we oughta get a honda-tech junkyard meet!!
I went to a place in Westminster called voghts, it is a salvage yard and i need to get the 9 bolts off of the flywheel that hold he pressure plate on. I called acura west and they wanted $9.81 a piece! so i drove up to voghts and found 3 DA tegs setting there and got all nine 8mm bolt off the teg....cost me nothing, the guy let me have them for free. check them out they had lots of 90-93 tegs

Crazy Rays sucks. They are down on Erdman Ave. in some shady area. All the Hondas there are like 3G Wagons and some 4G Sedans in beat condition. There is a 2G Integra that has been completely raped. The people that work there are morons and when you go there tons of black guys ask you if they can use your tools or if you can take stuff off for them, it's really annoying.
Brandywine Autoparts off Rt 5 i think.
They have diff. categories.
all crx's
all integra's
all civic's
etc...
take it out yourselve.
