Default DSM 450cc + AEM EMS =?hp

What is the limit of the DSM 450cc injectors in a 10.5:1 T4 boosted motor? I was thinking around 15psi, but an article in HCI told of a Teg that was running 22psi w/9.1:1 compression running on RC 310cc injectors. I have two sets of DSM injectors, and I would like to hit 400-500whp...has anyone else done so with 4 of these injectors, or should I hook up all 8 and configure them into the AEM EMS?

I think at stock fuel pressure levels and with a 70% injector duty cycle your 450's should be good for 270ish WHP. If you max out the duty cycle to 100% (not recommended) you may be able support 310ishp WHP. And if you raise the fuel pressure you can support even more HP.

If the EMS can support 8 additional injectors, then the only problem you have is fabricating an additional fuel rail to hold the injectors. You can ask on the EMS forums if the EMS can support 8 injectors (I think they can) but as far as how to set up the additional injectors, maybe someone else can tell you the best way to do that.

I could figure that out no problem, as I have luckily been pretty good at doing stuff like that. Here are my options:
1) Fabricate something at the TB to mount the extra 4 injectors. Drill and tap my fuel rail for 4 barb fittings, and run high pressure/stainless hose to each additional injector.
2) Drill and tap the fuel rail, and somehow mount the injectors directly in the manifold(preffered I think).
Any other ideas? This would effectively give me 900cc injectors. 900cc injectors alone would cost about $500. This setup would cost me a couple hours of thinking, and maybe an hour of actual work....

#2 would be the best choice.

You want a setup that will allow each cylinder to get the proper amount of fuel.

K, Im purchasing AEM EMS this week because of its HUGE range of possibilities. Im going to run 8 DSM 450cc injectors by running soemthing similar to the following program...
