I just installed a new headgasket on my ls/vtec and when i started it up nothing leaks. But when the car gets warmed up i see oil dripping from under the cam gears. So i put some high temp silicone on the corners of the valve cover and waited approx 14 hours and started it back up. After about 5-10 mins of idleing I saw oil dripping again from under the cam gears.
Could it be my cam seals????
Or is it maybe the silocone didnt fully dry and it gets melted when the car gets warmed up???
Please help me I miss my LS/VTEC
TIA

I had a very similar problem...it was actually dripping all the way down to the head gasket from behind the distributor, and we thought it was the head gasket...major pain in the ***. I got new cam seals and distributor o-ring, same thing happend. I got a new valve cover seal and a good amount of hondabond and that seemed to correct it.

(Anything with Honda in the name has to be good, that logic hasn't really failed me yet.)
