hey guys i been having problems shifting ...basically i can't shift into any gear except when the rpms are below 3k...is this a tranny fluid problem..sychros or clutch..??

 

If you haven't changed your transmission fluid i would try that first

 

If it's all gears you are having the problem with all the gears then it's probably not your syncros. Could be your clutch going out. I couldn't upshift when I went over 3.5K. Pulled the clutch and it was fried. After installation of new clutch no problems shifing.

When was the last time you replaced your clutch?

 

140k ago..lol

 

had same problems....my clutch and pressure plate were done.

is there any squeaking or whiney sounds coming from your car when you put your clutch in. If so I had the same probelm and it was my throw out bearing. I couldn't shift into any gears above 4k RPM's. still had trouble below that also. Anyways I just replaced my clutch with an ACT and while I was at it I replaced the flywheel so it all worked out for me and hopefully once it is installed will make my car a little quicker
