Default whats the problem?

Recently I was driving my Integra and when i tried to shift from 3rd into 4th gear it wouldn't go into gear, after that my clutch pedal got really tight and the clutch pedal was then useless, And when I can actually get my car into gear it makes a whining sound. Does anyone have any idea what my problem is?

the car drives, just can't use the clutch pedal cause it tightens up, and doesn't seem to engage at all.

Is it that way in all gears now? If so then when you push your clutch pedal in does it do anything or does it just move and nothing happens? If so then your presure plate on you clutch is toast.

Well when i push in the clutch pedal it's real tight and it doesn't work unless i **** with it a little bit. I've asked a few people i know and most say it could be the slave cylinder, or throw out bearing, any ideas?
