Default Cam Install - what should i replace?

I am getting ready to throw in a set of cams in my ITR. Wondering what i should pick up at Acura this weekend to have and replace after we put in the new cams. I think there are seals on either side of both cams correct? I am not going to replace the valve cover seal. I already have a new timing belt to put in. I am having a buddy help me do the install. Anything you guys would reccomend replacing while i am in there to be on the safe side and have no leaks?

how many miles?

cam seals are nice and easy to do while the cams are out.

cam seals, hondabond, maybe some extra valve cover studs since those break rather easily.

maybe some oil to do a fresh oil change afterwards? just a suggestion

good luck

I didn't replace anything and had no leaks. Hondabond is your friend.

I 44K miles i wouldn't bother replacing anything but the cam seals. Everything else should be fine. Just use a little hondabond and your set. Don't forget the valve adjustment

Damn, beat me to the valve adjustment, just be sure you have the right feeler gauge for the cams(ie different valve lash than stock most likley). Just take your time and youll be fine.
