Looking for a "good learning book" on integras
Sup fellas. I was just wondering who makes a book with a ton of info on technical
aspects of the integra. Cross sections and pictures would be a big help, seeing
how im new to the "import" scene. Ive seen books on Integras at BAM
(books a million) but they were wrapped in plastic, so i couldnt give them a peek.
In other news, im going to go check out the used red GSR on sunday. Hope it
goes well!

the best way to go is to go to a acura dealership and ask for there copy, its like 2 books with all the information. but i think its only for newer cars.

You need the service manual for the 1998 teg. There is a supplemental for the 99 teg. Probably don't need it but it would reflect the minor changes made between the 99 and 98 models.

I'm pretty sure my helms is specific for 94 tegs (was looking at it yesterday). Also on the Helms site when you try too look up Helms for the '99 teg it brings up a supplemental. Plus the 99 version only costs 38$ which is way to cheap for the entire manual but if you look up the '98 Helms it cost 64.00 which sounds right for the entire Helms.

(btw the supplement was useless so far)
get the helms manual http://www.helminc.com
it cost about $70 shipped for my 95' a couple of year ago.. it has paid for itself over and over and saved me lots of money vs taking it to a shop to diagnose/repair something.. helms

I bought the Haynes manual first because I was a college student and well it was $15.... its OK for general stuff but for more hardcore jobs it is lacking..
I later got the Helms manual (about 4X the size and way more detailed) and well yeah you can guess which one gets used more..
