6th gen climate control console
anyone know how to remove the climate control console in a 6th gen,...i want to take out the whole thing so i can do some work back there plus i want to do the amber bulbs also,..i looked in the haynes manual and it didnt say shiet,..thanks
There are four screws and to get to them you have to take the area around the 12v power outlet off and get at them from the bottom. The haynes book that I have has a good picture in there on where the screws are located and it gave me a great idea on how to get at them. Good luck, if you have any other questions you can private message me.

okay i think i just had a retarded moment while looking at the haynes manual,..i remember that picture of the 4 bolts,...i just thought that was for the CRV models,..do you have the haynes manual with the integra-civic-CRV info,..i thought it was cool because i have 2 civics one with an integra motor and one with a CRV b20 motor,..all the info i need in one book haha
Yeah thats the one that I have, its pretty cool for most of the basic stuff.
Yeah thats the picture of it with the four bolts, after you get those out its really pretty easy to take it out.
I did the bulb painting as well and it turned out great, what are you using to get your bulbs amber?

Kinda a shitty picture but up close and far away it looks nice.

a little tip... if u want to change the bulbs for the climate control, you dont have to take out the whole unit... just remove all the console pieces, and u should be able to reach under and pull the bulbs out.
