Default ? for those with JDM clusters

Hey Dudes, I just installed my cluster in my eg and it looks as if the around around the 120 km mark is not well lit. Now I have seen a pic with the same thing happening. Is this common, are they all like that or can i fix it? I have swapped a couple bulbs and drivin through a car wash for some darkness (and to get clean of course) and it does not seemed to have corrected the problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated guys/gals. Thanx alot !!

I had tested 15 different JDM clusters all had that problem...looks like a bad design on their part. at times replacing to new bulbs helps a little bit.
