EBC green stuff brake pads
resurfacing depends on the condtion of the rotor. you take it off, (Helms) and bring it to a brake or wheel shop and they will turn them for you.

It's alyways best to resurface the rotors when changing pads, but it all depends on the rotor. When they're cold, feel the surface of the rotor and if it's smooth then you're probably ok. Take the rotors to basically any chain auto store (autozone, o'rileys) and it cost about, i think $10 a rotor. Price may vary depending on model and size...
