Default got nitrous.. what do need to suport it?

hey i have a zex system in my car. im kinda nervous about shooting it cause this is my daily driver and i dont want to scew with it too bad. i have headers back, cai, valve springs. what else do i need to make shure i dont bust anything? im lookin at either getting a new intake manifold or cams, wich would be more nessisary to get for nos? also my friends told me that i am goin to need some extra dials to make shure the nos isnt messing **** up? i dont know much about that. like one for exhaust temp and something else.. if some one could help me out with that id really apreciate it. thanks

well first of all. i have absolutely no idea why you are running valvesprings right now.

next, to run n2o you dont need cams or intake manifold whatsoever.

retard your timing 2 or 3 degrees, get 2 step colder plugs, and shoot a 50 shot.
check your plugs frequently, make sure there is no leanness or detonation, and shoot all day. if you wanna up the shot, youre going to want to get some fuel and ignition stuff going.

since your sopose to check your plugs for leanness if i get a air/fuel gauge would you still advise checking my plugs frequently? i know its really easy but i think it would be unnessisary with a a/f gauge

your a/f gauge wont be accurate without a wideband o2, so dont rely on that , check the plugs, dont be lazy. and even checkign the plugs dont always give you a good clue unless you shut the car down right after the run and check em .
if you just check em wheneverm you might still see detonation if it occurs.
just put it on the dyno and set everything up right and spray away and just keep an eye on the plugs just in case something changes along the way .
