Default NOS shot??

What is the most horse power shot that is safe to run on a integra gsr(98) with an intake and exhaust

75 shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you have enough fuel and change those plugs regularly

I think it was a 50 shot that was safe for your car, Im sure that will suffice, but maybe you can go higher, if you want...

50-55 would be safe if used properly and tuned accordingly. anything larger should, for safety's sake, be a wet shot. 75, with proper tuning and use shouldn't be an issue, but it will definatly be more wear than the 50.

if you got a gsr, the only way to go is a plate kit from nos.
its bacially a direct port kit that doesnt need to tap into the intake manifold via holes.
but you are more than fine up to 75-80 shot once you get past there of for safety, i would start getting into a new fuel pump and what not. . .but the key to nitrous is tuning. ( fuel , timing and checking your plugs religuosly)

i'm yet to see any stock internal honda engine hold that kinda of shot repeatedly.
I haven't seen everything though...

125 shot direct port injection...fuel controller...plugs, timing and tuning...
