If he uses a 2000-01 itr ecu will he need to get new keys too?

 

what year itr ecu were you going to use? remember there's version 1 and version 2 obd2. 96-99 tegs are version1 while the 00-01 tegs are the version2 obd2

Immobilizer is the problem. The ECU is from a 2001 ITR into 2000 GSR.
I need something to move my rev limiter from 8,200RPm to +.

 

Try getting a hondata or some other progammable ECU to raise the redline. I assume you have built your engine and that'w why you want to raise the revs, correct? Well you need to get it tuned to reach your engines max potential so probably best to invest in a good engine management system.
