Met some guy today while I went out for some food. Anyways, he wouldn't tell me what he had under the hood of his G2 but said he wasn't using nitrous. He mentioned he raced a stock? wrx and even though he got smoked on the launch he kept up with maybe 1 1/2 car lengths. I smell bs cause he was pretty cocky but, seemed to know his stuff. Just said it was a swap but, not a b18c1. What other swaps are common in a g2? I just drove around in a buddies new wrx and those things moooove.

...and no I'm not into streetracing.

probably b16 if it wasnt a c1. those are cheap and common and can be fast with boltons

 

He said it wasn't a b18c1, but did he say it wasn't a b18c5?

There are built combinations possible he could hang with a WRX.. plus the driver of the WRX could have been weak
