jdm rsx typeR lsd
the rsx is called integra in japan. does anyone know y the united states called the new integra dc5 rsx???
must be a marketing thing...
this might be in the wrong fournm, but i think the classifyed section is a bit crowded... rsx owners are crowded by civic and integ folk.
would anyone be intrested in a rsx typeR lsd?

Yep pure marketing ploy. Americans buy big when a car has lettering, not a name. A rsx will sell better to a market than an 'integra'.
In Japan they like to go with non-traditional, swanky names. It just don't sell in the US...
and, its an Integra Type R lsd, not an RSX Type R.

this is the dc5 typeR lsd
very low miles. or should i say kilos.
about 10km on it. it was driven from the dealership to a shop where it got an aftermarket lsd. now im selling this one. thanks for ur help mac.

Its a Acura thing! NO Acura in Japan= HOnda--don't spoil a good thing"INTEGRA"--thename that is!
Wait till the Acura TSX comes out!!! Looks pretty damn good so far,..sort of Accord Euro-R lookin!! Think its supposed to be the same thing!

dood., try an ats from japan. clutch type has a different feel than the gear type. try to drive an car equiped with both types (if possible) and make ur decision from there. clutch type are generaly better, but depends on preference, and also a little more pricey.

Isn't the DC5-R lsd a gear type? I also looked at Kaaz but they go for like over a grand.
