Default Turbine wheel size

I've been digging around and I have not been able to find much on turbine sizes and good turbo choices for a 92 Integra w/stock internals looking for 200+ whp.

To help I am planning on an Eclipse SMIC and BOV, a "Boost" or Inline pro manifold, APEXI SAFC, Eclipse 390cc or 450cc injectors, some type of upgraded fuel pump. I am planning on running 5-8 psi. What would be the best turbo and turbine sizing choice ie quickest to spool up while still giving me the desired hp?

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated thanx.

I have Airesarch T3 on my Integra RS and it spools up pretty fast. I am running only 6 psi with stock fuel system and ignition. I only got FMU on it to get me more fuel with that boost and that is it. The turbine wheel size is .48 and compressor is 42. The full boost I get about 1800 rpm to 2200 rpm.

very interesting. do u mean the T3 turbine is at full boost by that rpm range?

also, have u dyno'd your car? sounds like a mild upgrade i might consider on my car in the future.

thanks!
