Ok i'll be selling my t3/t4e soon to get more money, but i have some questions about it.

here are the specs...
COMPRESSOR SPECS:
.60 A/R HOUSING
60 TRIM WHEEL
TURBINE SPECS:
.82 A/R HOUSING
STAGE 3 WHEEL

1. At what rpm should i expect to see full boost with this on a h23?

2. Should i go smaller? If so what size?

3 Shoul i go with a t3/60-1?
