oil-cooler kit even worth it?
Depends on what your uses for the car are going to be. If your going to autocross many people swear by them others not but if your just going to run it normal or at the strip I would say it wouldnt do you much good with the exception of giving you more oil in your system.
cools oil out (doh)
gives a longer and better lifespam to the engine's oil.... means the oil retains its oil "properties" and does its job.. wich means better oil life , smoother and less friction in the engine, wich reduces stress and improves performance, temperature and gives u a longer engine's life...

Might check around for two lines going into a cylinder looking thing, and the oil filter setting on the end of it. Some engines came with an cooler already.
factory oil coolers run coolant through a sadnwich plate to cool the oil, a extrenal oil cooler woudl be a drastic improvement over the factory.
like someone up above said, it depends on the use of your car. if you race it very ocassionaly, i would not go with an oil cooler. if you plan on road racing it, then i would recommend it.
also, its another thing to leak if not done right...
