ok i have it narrowed down to what i want, either a b18 older than 95, or the b17a...now my only question is whether i might just go forced induction on my d16z6 instead, probably a supercharger to account for the torque that i could get with the b18....I AM NOT ASKING IF SUPERCHARGERS OR TURBOS ARE BETTER I ONLY WANT TO KNOW IF I WOULD EXPERIENCE MORE HP/TORQUE WITH A SUPERCHARGER OVER A B18 SWAP!!!!

i had to clarify being that, that is always the feedback that i get when i ask about superchargers.

All I have to say is that FI is fun no matter what motor you plan to do it to. If you do get a B18 or a B17 then you definatly feel the difference over your D series motor. B series = 325hp stock internals D series = 220Hp stock internals

Take your pick make a budget and go for it!

DAMMIT!!! i'm not asking if turbo or supercharger is better thats been posted a million times, i am asking whether i should save the money for a b18/b17 swap or go for a sc that i can afford now...if i get a b18/b17 i'm not planning it on modding it besides i/h/e, however my d16z6 already has mods so i figure go all the way. I want to know which is better performance wise...A STOCK B18/B17 OR A SUPERCHARGED D16z6!!!!????

 

chill dude, find out the torque of the B series and find out the torque generated with your FI and make a decision
