Tial 35mm wastegate vacuum question

Default Tial 35mm wastegate vacuum question

I've read about everyone hooking up the vacuum to thier wastegate from the mani.. is it ok if i hook up the vacuum line from the turbo housing to the wastegate? also could i tap that line for the bov too? thanks for any advice

yes you can hook it up there, but just know that the presure it opens at (say 5psi) at the compressor will not be 5psi in the motor. (pressure drop)

so it would be best to hook the BOV to the turbo and the wastegate vacuum to the manifold.. correct? that way i know the wastegate is accurate.
