Default Greddy's SOHC turbo kit, transfered to an LS motor

Will this set-up work out well? My friend has a greddy kit on his civic, and recently threw a rod-- so i was going to see if i could get it for cheap, of course the manifold wouldn't fit, but as far as the 15g, how well would this turbo work out on the LS motor?

i put a 15g greddy sohc turbo kit on my b16. it was very nice. spooled up quick, boosted good. I didnt have any compaints. it didnt have the power that a t3/t4 did, but i liked it. BTW, you can get an HKS manifold for a b series, they ar elike $330 brand new, and will bolt right up to the 15G.

Just port match the manifold and everything should fit fine.

I too would also like to know how this etup works on the LS engine. I too have done a search and did not find anything. Someone on here did it months ago with pictures and everything but I can't remember his screen name and at the time he hadn't ran it or dynoed it yet.

Post links or search criteria that leads to this info.

Thats what I was riding with all summer...

15G greddy intercooled kit on my 92 civic B18b1

everything bolts up fine except for the manifold. it need lots of porting and the wholes have to be slotted and redrilled (yes its a pain in the *** but you can do it)

I think I lost a lot of HP because of the manifold. also the DP is way tooo small for the b series motor. a 2 inch down pipe sucks.....
besides that it was fun and reliable..
I boosted from 9-12 PSI daily with a Intank 255, 280cc prelude injectors and a 12:1 FMU.....

I never dynoed the car but it ran high 13's......

ummm yes its true after 5700RPM it starts to top out...

I since then have sold the kit and bought a 18g kit
but the 15g kit is also...

ps. my B18b1 was 100$ stock!!!
