Default zenon bulbs

I bought a pair of zenon hid bulbs at 85-100 watt. they are 4000k and are white. they are made for offroad so there for should be blazing bright, but its not. should i try a different kelvin like 6000k? if i can't get it way bright, i jsut figure to make it stand out more. would it be too much purple, or rainbow looking? what do you guys prefer

throw that junk in the trash and do a 9005 conversion with either 9005 Sylvania Cool Blues or Silverstar bulbs. I think you will be amazed at the amount of light it puts out, plus it's only 60W so no worries of melting any wires or deformed headlight housings.

Or suck it up and get a 9006 HID conversion.
