Yeah, more torque and horsepower 
Nope. Nothing wrong with it. goldeneagle's turn around is about 2-3 months last I heard but, the engine will be fine if you stick to the stock redline and whatever.

doh, i plan to be revving to at least 9k. is that a problem?

i plan to be making power up there. the head will be ported and polished. fully built with a full skunk2 valvetrain and stage 2's

techincally its 1.95XL
you really only need 35cc to round up to the next .1
81.25-83 would be 1.9 i guess. it all depends on your point of view
