Well I am guessing you will need a new ecu (from a vtec) and a slight change in wiring. However I really have no clue...Ive thought about this particular swap myself. In addition to the questions allready asked what is the horspower and torque rating on that motor? Thanks

Get an SI/EX tranny, no need for new mounts, P08 is the ECU that is stock with the d15b vtec. I have it and love it!
