is the 97 spec 4-2-1? and is it the same as the USDM one?

 

It is 4-2-1, and it seems to look like the USDM one, but I highly doubt it.

 

it should be 4-2-1 with a 2.5" collector if it is the same as the CTR's.

I remember reading conflicting information on this though, a couple sources said it was, a couple said it wasn't.

it is a 4-2-1 w/ a 2.5" collector(not like usdm). and yes its the same as the CTRs

 

so CTR stock header will fit b18 blocks?

Yes, because the ctr motor (b16b) IS a b18 block. Only b16a blocks are shorter; everything else (b16b, b18a/b/c, b20b/z) is the same.
