hf manifold adaptor plate

does anyone know where to get a plate to adapt a turbo to the manifold? and what would be the size turbo's i'm able to use?

anymachine shop or muffler shop will do it...my turbo on the avatar has one. i used it to fit my audi turbo to my VX mani
