Default Intercooler hiding.

this is for the creative and the genious, but this is my problem, soon i will be getting a turbo kit for my car, and i wanna hide that fact, how do i hide the fact that i got an IC? i was thinkin tight black mesh and fog lights in the grill area, i got the stock 96 bumper. and i just wanna hide the IC. anyone got any ideas ? please help me out

I think painting the ic black and using a grill should do the trick. That's what I plan to do. Or if you want you can anodize the ic instead

the only thing that worries me bout the IC, is that using spray paint that it might create pockets of like closed parts, like it would create a film over the IC and restrict air. but i wanted to do that though.. what u mean anodize ?

**skratches head** explain, i mean the panty hose might constrict air as well..i dunno, i jsut wanna hide it and i think wtih the fogs on and pointed out it would blinde people from that

Umm seems easy to me. Get a side-mount IC like Eclipses and Supras came with. Hell, I bet a Supra side-mount would be perfectly good for your setup and cheap too. Only problem is finding a place to mount it.

I agree with the black panythose. ON POINT EK wrapped his in black panty hose and it looked sleeper like ****.

And as far as restricting airflow, its thin as hell, I wouldnt think it would.
