Okay what i want to know is if a car is timed incorrectly would this cause it to not turn on?? the engine cranks but does not turn on. i was messing wit the distributor timing yest. and it turned on for a little bit then it just turned off could it be a bad distributor?? well if anyone knows where i could find info on how to set the timing for a 91' civic h/b dx pls let me know asap thanks or if anyone has any ideas why it would turn over pls let me know

 

go to your local auto store, il. we have murrys, pep boys, things like that...Rent or buy a timing gun...its really easy to set your timing with a timing gun...good luck!

 

Just remember to ground out the brown and green connector underneath the glovebox, I always forget
