Those NA with Skunk2 manifold?
Those of u with bolt on such as cai/h/e, ITR cams and Skunk2 manifold. Did u guys advance ur timing to 18 degrees or u leave them stock such as 16...Coz i really cant stand losing low end on my car...how does it feel??? thanks guys
you wont loose much low end enough to worry about what to set your timing at.
with the skunk2 manifold you accually shift your peal torque lower in the power band and move peak power higher. there is a slight loss in the midrange...
get a set of adjustible cam gears and dyno tune the engine........that should set you up just fine.

heavily modd'd here ... i loved my skunk2 ... too bad i didnt get a Hondata IM gasket when i did it ... cause im not taking it back off just to put one on q:
i know that i should go to dyno to get the most out of this but...for the time being...should i adjust my timing to 18 degrees or leave it stock and adjust my cam gears...what do u guys think will be the decent adjustment on this just for the time being...18 degrees and +2 intake and -2 exhaust...thanks guys
