well i finally got it all done, i had a leak on the fitting on the oil pan so i had to go fix that today, and make some more piping. i wont get my FMIC till late next week so i rigged it for non intercooled for now. so i turn it on and the turbo, and it smoked and pours out oil. great, blown seal. so now monday I have to go look for a used T3 since I cant afford a brand new turbo right now. its sooooo close i can taste it

Rebuild the turbo then you don't risk the chance of buying another crapped turbo. It doesn't really cost that much.
