N A car leans out in 4th and 5th gear when vtec engages

N A car leans out in 4th and 5th gear when vtec engages
the code it is throwing casue of this is code 10 the air intake temp sensor but i have replaced it once already so i dont think it is bad what else could be casueing this could my timing be causing this any input will help thank you the motor is a b18c w/ i/h/e/im/& tuned vafc

if it leans out and you have a vtec controller... im guessing you changed your VTEC point. If you did this, were you sure to properly increase the fuel? I'm guessing you did not, that is why you are leaning out.
