I have the option to get either one of these headers. Both are used, and the Comptech would run me $100 more (Canadian...)

I wanted to know what you guys think is the better. hundred bucks isn't that much of a big difference in the wallet..but if the performace gains are the same or similar..I'll just save my money..

setup 97 ITR, CAT Stage 2 Street cams, high flow cat and 2.25" catback system. I already have the 97 JDM header with the 2.5" collector.

i was planning to buy a jdm 4-1 header also but then my friend linked this to me and so i ended up keeping my Comptech 4-2-1

the two headers are almost identical..for 2HP difference..I'll save my money.

Hey on those comparisions on the headers, Was that on a stock itr or was it modified?

 

I see on one of the pics it has a Comptech Icebox, and intake arm (probably filter too). If I remember it was no more than intake, cat and exhaust, but I could be wrong.
