Default slightly rough idle problem

Hello all, newbie here. I'm new to this site but not car forums. I've just never needed Honda assistance before. I hope this the right forum. My car is a 1997 Civic with Automatic. At 50K I replaced spark plugs with Bosch Platinum tip. A few months later a rough idle developed(I don't know if it was the plugs) and the check engine light came on. Went to Autozone and they put their code reader on it. It was reading the O2 sensor. So I replaced that with a Bosch brand unit that they had and replaced the spark plugs again with NGK's by their recommendation. After they reset the code, the car is fine. But it still idles a little rougher than it should when in drive. It used to be smoother. Anything else to check or clean? The car never had any other issues other than this.

Sounds likely. Plugs were kinda black. How do I adjust this? It is adjustable? I thought the computer controlled this.
