I say definetaly use them, or get them if you dont have them. I went without the rings on my slips for about six weeks and broke 3 wheel studs

no its for wheels that dont have the same hub size as the car its going on , so its needs a ring to center the wheel .
anyone feel free to get more technical , but i pretty much summed it up

Just to beat a dead horse.

Hey Nick,

I just picked up a set at Discount tire co. for $5.39. They just test fitted till they found the right size.

The rings are made by konig, black plastic.

Part number HR735610
73.0 o.d.
56.1 i.d

http://www.konigwheels.com

I'm pretty sure you can order from the site or from http://www.tires.com

This is on my 94 rs with 16' circuit 8s
