what size injectors do i need ???
currently running 550cc's @ 6psi ( i know its overkill 
)
the new setup will be built B18C1 with t3/60-1 , thinkin to boost the bitch around ~25psi max

depends how much whp you plan to support. With that setup i'm guessing you're looking to hit 450-500whp, some 85lb inj. outta be enough. You can never go overkill on the fuel w/ boost

There is a calculator to help give an idea toward the bottom of this page. http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm At 90% duty cycle, .6 BSFC, fuel rail pressure of 65 psi, and a max desired output of 500 hp it seems that you would need around 70 lb/hr injectors
