my h22a motor is pushing out 225 on the compression with a dry run ? is that bad or good ? i did the run a few times and ever time the same .

94 accord h22a motor swap :
-areospeed intake
-dc sports header
-lightweight findenza flywheel
-ACT clutch 6 puck
-apex n-1 exhaust ( left the same clogged cat )
-ultra ss complete pulleys set
-hondata ecu chip

i just bought msd ign. msd blaster . msd 8.5 wires .. walbro fuel pump .. aem fuel rail , fuel injectors , fuel press regulator .. ported and polished the head ..

 

Its good, but you said you had a blown #1 in another post

 

did you check compression with the gas floored?

 

He wouldnt have gotten that high at part throttle.

whats a good compression number for a stock 94-95 obd1 f22b1? like 160?

 

178 psi

135 minimum

All should be within 28psi of each other

Above "accord"ing to my service manual....
