i have a vafc in my car and i havent dynoed it yet, but today i decided to change the vtec L-H and H-L setting to 4700 and 4600, on the way home i was driving and all of a sudden the car stop acclerating and the rpms are flying all ova the place and the speedometer falls to zero, i pull over and the rpms jumping tryin to let the car stay on, so i turn the car off and wait a min and it works for about 10 secs and then the same **** happens again, pulled ova about 10 times to make it home. ne one have this problem, i reset the vafc after the 2 stop and still no help.

 

Did you change it while you were driving?

 

no b4 when i left my house, and then i floored it down the street to my friends turned the car off, went to the mall turned car off, and then on the way home it happened

 

Doesnt sound VAFC related.

 

you think it could be the tranny got gettin in gear, its a h22 auto?
