here she is... i dont know how to get the circular piece into that rectangluar thing for the exit of the oil on the turbine.... thanks for the help!
you need an oil outlet flange. you can get it here, $13. http://www.roadraceengineering.com/f...andgaskets.htm
DAMN! Talk about not 56k friendly at least use .jpg's.
The part you need is here

http://64.225.76.178/main.htm
Part Number is 20259
But anyway where in IL are you, if your close and need any help with the install I could give you a hand.

1. Yes you need the flange mentioned above
2. Yes the part that you say weld to oil pan is correct.
3. For non-IC turbos there are only 3 pipes, but for some reason those dont look like it. The bottom one hooks up to the turbo. the top one connects to the TB. the middle one looks like a pipe for an IC piping.

thanks

the piping you have is only for the outlet of IC to TB. I ordered mine from viren too. that 90degree bend goes between the other two pipes. you'll be able to tell when you get them on there.
BTW when you install it, let me know if if fits right. for some reason mine wasnt angled correctly right at the tb bend
i dont know if you can see how its bent in some.

That RRE flange is an aluminum piece with a 1/2" NPT thread on it. It comes with a 1/2" NPT to 5/8" barbed brass adapter. The AN fitting you have will not thread into the RRE flange, so you need to get an adapter to go from 1/2" NPT to your AN fitting if you want to use the RRE flange.
TurboedGSR - thanks for the help dude, so i take it i am missing 2 or more pieces that connect the inlet side of the intercooler to the output of the compressor?
bvm - thanks for the help meng! i should be ok with me and my mechanic working on it, but another set of hands is always welcome if you would like to join us.

Here is what my IC piping looked after I got it all finished and had it welded. You can get an idea of what all the pipes are that you will need. It is only missing the pipe that came off the turbo outlet. You should be able to understand where the other pieces fit in the car.

My ludes got i/h/e/ pullies and vafc. My best is a 14.9 and that was before the vafc and header. I want to go turbo and would love to check your car out. I'm 20 and i just started making fat cash at the Chillis across from the mall. I went to Kaneland and know i'm at Waubonsee.
