Is D16/greddy turbo ok at 7psi w/stock fuel system?
I am getting a MBC and am going to have it installed and turn up the boost to 7psi. According to my A/F gauge I am running 10 to 1 on stock boost. What is the stock boost level on a Greddy SOHC kit, how much hp will 7psi get me over stock? And will my fuel system be ok? My setup is 99 EX with Greddy Turbo Kit, 2-1/4" hif flo exhaust with hi flo cat and FMIC. Thanks
Also does anyone know if it's possible to tune the greddy kit at all using the supplied box or do you have to get something else?

I would get a walboro 255lph if I were you just in case. What kind of a/f guage are u using to get the numerical value of the a/f ratio? If it is not a wideband its not giving u accurate readings. Go to a dyno just to make sure.
As far as the fuel pump, is there a difference between getting an inline and an intank as far as flow, is one better than the other? Also what is the stock pump rated at? There is no dyno around here, closest one is Baton Rouge that deals with Domestics. Louisiana isn't exactly the import capital of the World
. Otherwise I would have swapped instead of a bolton turbo kit.

Inline is for high fuel pressure using stock injectors, Intank can is mostly for higher volume using bigger injectors. The intank way is usually better for your whole fuel system since you wouldn't be pushing over 100psi through it.
I forgot you didn't say u had bigger injectors, but some 310cc injectors with the walboro would be good move.
However, without a wideband o2 sensor or a dyno u really won't know how your engine is running accurately.

GReddy blue box is non user-interactive, so there is no tuning with it. If youe asking if you can run 7psi on the blue box, my answer would be maybe. Many have pushed the bluebax beyond stock, alot of people did it with sucess up to 8-9-10psi, others have gotten as little as 6psi and had detonation. My advice is if you decide to up the boost, try to up your fuel pressure and use a high flow pump. From there, go very slowly up the ladder and check your plugs VERY often.
I agree with VTC but I would draw the line at 7psi...... Get a decent tuning device such as http://www.hondata.com and boost 8psi daily and up to 12psi at the track and of course you will make a ton more power even at 7psi... If you can't get it tuned perhaps the AFC hack is for you
