I am going with GE, JE pistons, and Eagle rods. What other parts should be replaced while the block is being put in?

So far the list consists of: ARP head studs, water pump, accessory belts, timing belt, head gasket, exhaust gasket, new bearings, 3bar map sensor.......

I am going to use a stock head gasket.

 

oil pump
clutch? (you could potentially be making a lot more power)

 

T-belt tensioner and spring, new valve seals.

 

Well I have the ACT Xtreme kit already. I was asking more for what little things to change on the engine .

racerxadam what spring are you referring to?

Damn the parts alone is going to be a pretty penny.

 

It's not cheap!

edit- your not going to need to buy seperate rod bolts. The ones that come with your rods are good enough.

I may be missing a couple but that is all I can think of right now. I also bought valve keepers, fuel filter, new hoses and TB gasket. I spent almost $400 with NO headgasket
