from all of the reviews i've ever read from people, it sounds like the jrsc is only worth it for the vtec motors. thats just what i've heard. also, you'll find most of the people on this board will persuade you into turbo anyways. maybe ask in the FI forum?

Definately go get a ZC and turbo it...I think the JRSC is only good for b16a-b18c motors

i've read somewhere that the SOHC handles the jrsc very well. i need something to produce some power, but stay reliable as ever.

Go with a JRSC'ed Mini-Me, it will give you what your asking for, along with a $hitload of low end torque....

http://www.theoldone.com/sc/jackson-upgrade.html

This was done on a 1.6L Si with nontec head and was able to pump out almost 500hp on a built but daily driven motor.

Something to think about.
These numbers don't match up with what other people have gotten with the JRSC, modded/built or not. I gotta wonder about that.

A turbo setup can be as reliable as a supercharger, just depends how you do it. If you want instant power from idle RPM, the supercharger may be your cup of tea. With a small turbo you can get boost as low as 2500 RPM though.

I TOO have ran across this... Like mentioned before, you cannot get around the "phyics" of compression. The intake temps are running around 190+ @ 7 to 8 psi (If I remember right), and what it's boosting, they must be OUTRAGES... hehehe

As far as "I" know it's never been dyno'ed...

New ones are closer to 2500, keep an eye on the classified section of the board that i posted the link to above, people put them on there from time to time
