how can i tell what PSI is my Tial WG

i just got my Tial WG it is 35mm, but i cant tell what spring is it. on the box it says "spring: .3" what PSI is it ?

i think its 4.5 psi
i have the .45 spring and mie is like 6-7 psi i forget which

well if one 1 bar = roughly 14.5 psi then .3 bar would = roughly 4.35 psi
