B18b swap with stock Ek hatch tranny?

B18b swap with stock Ek hatch tranny?
If a B18b LS engine is dropped into an EK Civic hatch, will the stock tranny on the hatch be able to work, or would I also need to install the LS tranny?

Yeah any B series tranny will fit. Then you just figure out which gearing you need.

Yeah any B series tranny will fit. Then you just figure out which gearing you need.

I'm also doing a B18b swap into my 99 Civic. But the only thing is I dont know what all I need. I'm doing a automatic to maunal swap so any help please.
