hi there,
does someone know a website on installing a kamikaze header for a 6th Gen? Or does any know how? Please help! Thanks for your time.

 

1.) replace the gaskets they send you with embossed copper o-ring gaskets
2.) buy 3 2" long 3/8ths" grade 8 stainless bolts, 6 ss crush washers, 3 ss nuts
3.) buy replacement collector donut gasket (stock)
4.) jack up car on 4 or 2(remeber to use wheel chocks) jackstands
5.) spray wd-40 or pb blaster on all bolts, and let soak for 10-15 minuites
6.) loosen bolts from stock header working your way back up from the where the collector meets the o2 sensor housing, to block hanger, to mid section , and then from head
7.) install in same fashion as removed, meaning install at head flange LAST

 

is it two pieces?
I welded my two piece ..
recommending useage of air tools..

Is all of those nuts and bolts neccasary? Cant you just use the stock stuff, and same with the gaskets, as long as they are in descent shape they will not leak.

 

i belive kamikaze are all 2 pieces(out of the ones they sell now)

 

no..stock nuts and bolts you cant use..since the bolt is attached to the header itself. same goes for gasket..it's thin as hell
99.999% of aftermarket header come with all those stuff already..
